Hoffman's Fairy Tales

The main character of the film is an inconspicuous and unconfident woman with the symbolic name Nadezhda - Hope. Oddly enough, Nadezhda is married. Vitaly married her for the sake of a Moscow apartment, and Nadezhda gradually turned into a willing victim of his abuse. Nadezhda works two jobs to support herself and her unemployed husband, who justifies his laziness with a fictitious illness: mornings in the district library and evenings in the theater’s wardrobe. One day her life changes dramatically. The owner of one of the coats turns out to be from the world of advertising and cinema. He notices that Nadezhda has very beautiful hands with incredible plasticity. Unconfident Nadezhdaa suddenly becomes an owner of an exotic profession of the early 21st century - hands model, which decisively changes everything in her life.
